YEARS OF SERVICE
DEN-VEND Inc., based in New Castle, Pennsylvania, was founded forty nine years ago when it acquired the company from
the Denniston family by Albert Caplan along with his son. It then expanded to a full-line vending operation and added fresh
foodservice in 1963. The original company dates back to 1939 and was officially established in 1943. It has since grown to
become a well-respected full-line vending company and is now in its' third generation of progressive ownership. The principal
stockholders are active in day-to-day operations of the company.

FACILITY
DEN-VEND Inc. has been located at 501-09 Sampson
Street in New Castle, Pennsylvania since the late 1970's. The 16,000 sq. ft. building houses the offices, repair/maintenance
department, food commissary, stock warehouse, counting room/vault, and garages. All delivery vehicles are housed inside
to protect their inventories from the elements. The complete facility is protected by fire and burglar alarm systems.

RECORDS/FINANCIAL GUARANTEES
All records/ledgers/computer
reports are kept on premises and are available for inspection at any time. Reports prepared monthly include machine inventories,
sales, commission statements, and commission payments. Commissions are always paid by the tenth day of the month due. The
company’s lengthy financial stability and 65 year reputation guarantee continuous service and accountability.
