COMMODITY SERVICE...

Route sales personnel provide service daily as needed including holidays. Trucks are restocked daily from an environmentally-controlled stockroom that has a complete product turnover time of about 2 weeks to guarantee freshness. Communication between all route personnel and the office is constant to ensure that requests and any other problems are addressed immediately. (Route personnel possess basic equipment repair training and often can fix minor problems) Each route has an assigned person with a back-up in cases of absence & vacations. Each route sales person completes sales information for each machine, every service, showing the exact quantity and type of merchandise replenished. These reports are entered daily into the sales system and reconciled with monies collected for accountability.


FRESH FOODS...

In the event that foodservice is to be used at a larger location, our fully staffed commissary prepares all foods daily following strict guidelines for quality, freshness, cleanliness, and compliance. Cycled menus are utilized to ensure a constant variety at each account & to allow the flexibility for customer requests. Our company uses a system of production whereby foods are on the routes in a rapid manner and removed promptly if not sold. Prepared foods are never stored frozen.

At least one staff member is always “SERV-SAFE®” certified by The National Restaurant Association® Educational Foundation www.edfound.org as required by federal law. These individuals oversee the proper food handling, cleaning procedures, and labeling of all food products.



REPAIR SERVICE...

The repair/maintenance department has an extensive parts inventory, along with complete diagnostic equipment. This department is fully staffed to make repairs/machine changes and is equipped with a parts van and a flat-bed truck. Average response time for repair calls is usually less than 2 hours. These calls are taken at any hour, 365 days per year. The technicians on call after regular hours are contacted through a local answering service by cell phone and the parts truck is in their possession at all times. All information for repair calls is kept in a permanent record by the service department and updated daily. DEN-VEND maintains a minimum of three (3) AHAM-NARDA® certified technicians on-staff as required by law for refrigerant recovery and handling.
REFUND POLICY...

A refund policy, making all legitimate refunds, by cash or by check, will be maintained according to recommendations set forth by the location. Route service personnel make refunds from a separate escrow account (none are made from individual venders) and tracked.

OFFICE COFFEE SERVICE...

We carry a complete line of restaurant-grade coffees along with all the necessary products to make your hot drinks truly refreshing. BUNN brand brewers are also provided with this service along with thermal pots as needed.

WATER COOLER SERVICE...

Our "Puretap Systems" division provides filter fresh bottle-less water for a low monthly cost. This saves you the trouble of having to order and lift those heavy jugs.
